Morten Borch is a seasoned solicitor with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and tax advisory. He earned his Master of Law degree from the University of Oslo in 1976 and began his career in private banking with DnB NOR, later focusing on tax and competition law. He went on to serve as a judge before being appointed Head of the Legal Department at Norske Skogindustrier ASA, where he specialized in M&A for six years.

 

In 1997, Mr. Borch became a partner at the law firm NORDIA DA, continuing his focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate fundraising, and strategic tax advisory. For the past seven years, he has practiced independently through his own firm, providing high-level legal counsel to corporate clients. He also serves on the boards of several private investment companies, leveraging his legal and financial expertise to support growth and governance.
